Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Analyst (Closer) with SDR skills to join our client's team. This role is crucial to driving company growth through new business generation and effective sales closing.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and active prospecting.

  • Make initial contacts and follow-ups to stimulate interest in our products and services.

  • To present and demonstrate the value of our mentoring programs, courses, lectures, and coaching to potential clients.

  • Manage and close deals, effectively acting as a closer via email, phone, WhatsApp, and strategic sales meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the social media team to improve the development of lead generation strategies.

  • Provide ongoing feedback on market trends, customer challenges, and opportunities for product improvement.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, coaching, or related fields.

  • Skill in identifying, qualifying, and closing sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales techniques.

  • Strong results orientation and ability to work under pressure.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for education and personal development.
